How to Request a Certificate

• Enter the Oxoid batch/lot number (displayed on the outer packaging of all Oxoid products)
• Click the FIND button
• All product variants with that batch number will be displayed in the lower section of the screen
• Click on the underlined batch number of the product variant you require and the batch specific certificate will be displayed.

Help With Viewing Quality Certificates

If you have selected your Quality Certificate to view and it is not appearing then you may need to change some settings in Adobe Acrobat.

• Open Adobe Acrobat.
• Choose File - Preferences - General.
  
• De-Select Web Browser Integration.
• Exit Adobe Acrobat.
• Re-select your Quality Certificate from the web-Site.

You will now get the option to open the Quality Certificate or to Save it to Disk.
